If you would like to return an order you have made through our website please email info@smidhome.co.uk for
an RMA and to arrange your return.
Returning Your Items
Responsibility for the cost of returns is not covered by SMIDhome.
Returns will only be accepted if they're in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item which is not in the right condition.
Items which are lost or damaged while being returned to us will not be refunded.
Proof of postage & packaging is recommended and we strongly recommend being able to track your returned parcel.
Terms & Conditions
If you change your mind, you can return your product to us within 14 days of it being dispatched, unused and in its original packaging.
If you wish to return an item you must contact us on: info@smidhome.co.uk
We will then refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
- We cannot to exchange unwanted items with a different item.
- Refunds will be processed onto your originally payment method.
-Refunds will not be made until we physically receive the returned items.
-It is recommended returns are made with registered delivery, insured and the original receipt is kept safe.
-We do not accept any liability for damage caused in transit.
Items Purchased In-Store
If you have purchased your items in store then they need to be returned directly to the store within 14 days of purchase, in their
original packaging and condition. Please ensure you retain your receipt for any returns.
Faulty Items
Please check all of your items on delivery any faults, breakages, defects or discrepancies please notify us within 48hours.
Unfortunately we will not be able to replace or exchange these items if we are not notified within this time.
If your items are faulty please contact INFO@SMIDHOME.CO.UK. including details of the the fault, a photograph of the item.
Please keep all of the original packaging as failure to do so will result in the item being non returnable. DO NOT attempt to repair the fault.
Self-Assembly & Non - Refundable Items
Please check all parts are present and damage free before self assembling. Contact info@smidhome.co.uk within 48 hours if
a defect or damage is noticed prior to assembly. Self assembly items can only be returned in their original packaging and and cannot be returned once partly assembled.
